recipes for success

A sports nutritionist for this college athletic department collected and culled recipes for meals and snacks that would be nutritious, tasty, and easy for college students to prepare. Recipes are categorized according to course, performance need, and energy intake need. Robin designed the piece and coordinated letterpress printing of the covers and digital printing of the inside pages. She suggested ring binding so that students can organize their cookbooks in a way that makes the most sense for them. New recipes are available each year.
